Have you ever thought about why some tasks are very easy to execute, while others require a lot of energy? Have you noticed that some people are easy to work with, while you struggle to cooperate with others? This might have something to do with your core qualities, which are the internal strengths that are specific to you. Our core qualities are positive attributes, but too much of a certain quality may turn a strength into a weakness.

This workshop will introduce you to the factors that make up the 4 parts of the core quadrant: strengths, pitfalls, allergies and challenges. By helping you to recognize your own strengths and weaknesses, this workshop will give you a toolbox that you can use for further personal development, helping you in both your personal and professional life.

The teaching method for this workshop involves lectures and group discussions. You will have the opportunity to work both on your own and in breakout room with others to identify your own strengths and weaknesses.

This is a very easy method to learn, but you need the rest of your life to explore it.

The workshop will be held on October 7th from kl 12-15. A more detailed schedule is coming soon.

This workshop will allow for approximately 20-25 participants.
