I am a PhD student at the UiT working within the Hylleraas Centre for Quantum Molecular Sciences under Professor Bjørn Olav Brandsdal. We focus on applying computational methods to biosystems such as enzymes or membranes and my work is connected to enzyme adaptation to extreme temperatures.
My background is in biochemistry, in which I obtained my master’s degree from the UCT Prague. However, my master’s thesis was solely computational since I was working on computational methods for protein folding.
