Martin finished his Master’s thesis at NMBU in the summer of 2021. He continued on with NMBU’s PEP group on various projects before landing a PhD opportunity in March 2023. The goal of the PhD-project is the creation of an in vitro digestion model to assay proteolytic degradation of novel salmon feed ingredients.
