My name is Camilla Fløien Angeltveit, I am from Oslo and finished my civil engineer degree in chemistry and biotechnology at Norwegian university of life sciences in June 2020. In August 2020 I started as a PhD student at the research group for Bioprocess Technology and Biorefining at NMBU. The PhD is a part of Bio4Fuels center, working on developing innovative technology for sustainable conversion of biomass to transportation fuels along with added value chemicals, particularly from lignocellulosic biomass. Optimizing enzyme cocktails and process conditions to improve the efficiency of saccharification of lignocellulosic biomass is the central topic of this PhD project.
