I have a BSc in Chemical Engineering and a MSc in Environmental Technology from UiS. I have worked with organic synthesis on my bachelor- and master’s thesis. The past 6 years I have participated in five research projects related to organic synthesis and environmental chemistry at the University of Stavanger. This autumn 2020 I started on my PhD in organic chemistry/medicinal chemistry at the Department of Chemistry, Bioscience, and Environmental Engineering, UiS. The goal of my thesis is to synthesize and evaluate new iminosugar-heterodimers as acetylcholinesterase inhibitors.
