Hello! I am a PhD Researcher at the Department of Biotechnology & Food Science at NTNU. I completed my BSc in biochemistry with a thesis focused on Dairy Science at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, USA. I hold double master’s degrees in Nutrition & Food Science and Culinary Innovation through a well-known Erasmus Master program – Food Innovation & Product Design (FIPDes). My research at NTNU focuses on the sustainable production of novel food products from cultivated seaweed while elevating its nutritional quality and diminishing heavy metal content via novel processing technology.
