Hei, I am Jan and I have recently started my PhD in the research group of Ruth Brenk at BBB, University of Bergen. My background is biomedical chemistry and my PhD work is focused on the discovery of RNA-binding small molecules using techniques such as X-ray diffraction and NMR as well as surface plasmon resonance for kinetics and affinity studies.
