Mahmoud Moqadam is a researcher in the Reuter group, hired at the Department of Chemistry, University of Bergen. Mahmoud has a master’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Amirkabir and a PhD degree in Chemistry from Norwegian University of Science and Technology. Mahmoud is working at computational biology unit (CBU), he is working with molecular simulations of membrane-associated proteins. The project aims at revealing structural and amino acid distribution patterns at membrane-binding sites of peripheral membrane proteins for improved understanding of protein-lipid interactome data.
