I am a PhD student at the University of Oslo, in the LIPCHEM research group.
I have a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in organic chemistry from NTNU in Trondheim. At NTNU I worked with the synthesis of novel tyrosine kinase inhibitors, and I finished my master’s degree there in the spring of 2022.
I started my PhD at UiO in august of 2022. Here I work with the synthesis of polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs). The main objective is to further advance knowledge on how certain PUFAs active in the central nervous system can be employed in medicinal chemistry research.
