I obtained my Master’s degree at the University of Oslo where I studied peroxidase activity in myoglobin isozymes with X-ray crystallography and spectroscopy. In my PhD project at the Norwegian University of Life Sciences (NMBU) I explore enzyme systems involved in bacterial degradation of lignin in the Protein engineering and Proteomics group, with Tina Rise Tuveng as my main supervisor.
