I am currently a PhD researcher at Department of Biotechnology and Food Science of NTNU. The focus of my research is on recovering food components from an unwanted emulsion derived from fish waste processing. I obtained my master’s degree in food chemistry. I carried out my thesis on enzymatic preparation of a multi-functional whey protein hydrolysate and its application for development of potentially health-promoting beverages.
