I received my master’s degree from NTNU in industrial chemistry and biotechnology with specialization within organic synthesis. During my master’s project I worked with the synthesis of organic dyes for the use in dye sensitized solar cells. Today I am a PhD student at University of Oslo in the Soft Matter research group and at SINTEF Industry. I work with synthesis of biopolymers with tunable properties. This includes chemical and enzymatic synthesis of polymers as well as suitable characterization methods including IR, NMR, UV/Vis, GPC, SAXS, DSC, TGA and rheology.
