I hold a master’s degree in food engineering and am currently doing my PhD in Food Science at NTNU. My research focuses on developing freshness indicators for intelligent packaging of muscle food products. In addition to my PhD studies, I am actively participating in a project where we work on Pulse Electric Field (PEF)-assisted extraction of astaxanthin from microalgae.
