I am a PhD student in the Bioprocess Technology and Biorefining group at NMBU. I have a master’s degree in biotechnology with specialization in biopolymer chemistry and biochemistry from NTNU. My PhD project is about cereals. I will investigate the composition and the enzymatic activity in annual and perennial cereal grains.
