Susann Skagseth did her PhD on the metallo-beta-lactamase enzymes causing antibiotic resistance, with focus on mutational, structural and inhibitory investigations in the LacZymes group with Professor Hanna-Kirsti Schrøder Leiros at the Department of Chemistry, UIT The Arctic University of Norway.
