I have a background in organic synthesis and biocatalysis, from the Department of Chemistry at NTNU. I am currently working with my PhD in biotechnology at the Department of Biotechnology and Food Science at NTNU. My project is aimed at investigating the interactions between proteins and polymers such as cellulose, chitin and polyethylene terephthalate (PET) to understand how the binding event affects enzymatic activity on the polymer surfaces.
