I hold my master’s degree in Stem cell and Regenerative Biotechnology from Konkuk University in South Korea. My master’s thesis projects focus on how remodeler chromatin regulates mammary glands and breast cancer, where INO80 plays a vital role in ductal morphology and somehow upregulation associated with ER in luminal breast cancer. I am a second-year Ph.D. student in the Chromatin Biology group at the Faculty of Medicine, UiO. My project aims to identify how the transcription factors and epigenetic factors will define tumorigenesis and metastasis ability in sarcoma. We will integrate multi-omics data, including Mass spectrometry, RNA-seq, single-cell RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, and WGS long and short-read sequencing to characterize (epi)biomarkers and their function in liposarcoma and osteosarcoma.
Fields of interest: cancer epigenetics, transcription factors network, epigenetics, Osteosarcoma, Liposarcoma.
