Description of Research Group
Our research is focused on questions in network systems biology, with a particular interest in the topics of (A) genome-scale metabolic modeling and analysis, (B) co-expression networks, and (C) bacteriophage evolution. The majority of our effort is in theoretical and computational analysis, we also conduct some experimental investigations.
